In 1947 the North West German Exhibition Company (NOWEA) was founded in Düsseldorf. 60 years later Messe Düsseldorf is among the top 10 trade fair organisers worldwide.

More than 130 international trade fairs are being organised by the Messe Düsseldorf group, 24 among these are world No. 1 events. This means that nearly one fifth of all the world‘s premier trade shows take place in Düsseldorf.

These exhibitions cover plant, machinery and other capital goods, printing, packaging, plastics, rubber, retail, skilled crafts and services, medical systems and healthcare, fashion, lifestyle and leisure.

Messe Worldwide Sdn Bhd is the official representative for Messe Düsseldorf GmbH in Malaysia and Brunei.
